JD Power & Associates have ranked American Express (NYSE:AXP) as the top-rated US credit card issuer.

American Express (NYSE:AXP) has announced that its credit cards have ranked the highest in consumer satisfaction by a consumer credit card satisfaction study by JD Power & Associates.

The bank, which earned a score of 807, achieved this rating for the sixth consecutive year.

JD Power & Associates said, “There has not been a lot of change in the past year in fees, credit limits and card terms — the things that often affect customers in a negative way”.

American Express Co. (NYSE:AXP) stocks are currently standing at 57.49.
