Bank of America Corporation (NYSE:BAC) announced that its website is back to normal after technical problems caused two days of sporadic outages.

The website started experiencing problems a day after Bank of America Corporation (NYSE:BAC)’s announcement to start charging a $5 monthly fee for customers who use debit cards.

The website was slower than usual, and some customers trying to log on received error messages.

Tara Burke, Bank of America Corporation (NYSE:BAC) spokeswoman, said that, “The website is now fully operational. The recent problems were not the result of hacking, and no customer information was compromised”.

Bank of America Corp. (NYSE:BAC) shares were at 6.12 at the end of the last day’s trading. There’s been a -44.8% change in the stock price over the past 3 months.
