Boeing (NYSE:BA) has scheduled to launch the first Charleston 787 this month.

Boeing 787 Due This Month

Boeing (NYSE:BA) announced that it is planning to roll out the first 787 Dreamliner built in South Carolina at the end of this month.

The airplane will be delivered to Air India in the summer and before that the airplane will undergo extensive testing, both on the ground and in the air.

The rollout marks the growth of the site into a complete Boeing (NYSE:BA) manufacturing complex with the addition of a large final assembly line to complete the airplanes and a delivery center where they will be handed over to customers.

The airplane is destined for delivery to Air India in the summer.
