Boeing has completed the acquisition of Inmedius.

Boeing (NYSE:BA) has finished the acquisition of Inmedius.

Inmedius, headquartered in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, is a provider of software applications and services for managing and sharing information and learning content.

The company will be integrated into Boeing (NYSE:BA) Commercial Aviation Services’ subsidiary, ‘Continental DataGraphics’.

The Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Inmedius President and CEO Gary Schaffer will continue to lead the business, which has about 75 employees and offices in the United Kingdom and India.

Boeing Co. (NYSE:BA) stocks were at 74.05 at the end of the last day’s trading. There’s been a -1.9% change in the stock price over the past 3 months.
