Walgreen (NYSE:WAG) reports it will purchase ApothecaryRx pharmacies from Graymark Healthcare. According to the report, the newest deal to purchase ApothecaryRx pharmacies from Graymark Healthcare include 18 stores located in Oklahoma, Colorado, Missouri, Minnesota and Illinois.

In the statement, Walgreen (NYSE:WAG) said that it has a history of services in these markets, and plans to make the transition for pharmacy customers as seamless as possible.

Greymark expressed their calculated enterprise value of the deal to $35 million; though specific financial terms were not disclosed.

Dell (NASDAQ:DELL)

The bidding war between the giants has almost reached an end as Dell (NASDAQ:DELL) decided not to increase their offer and to end discussions over the same.

According to the latest info, Hewlett Packard has increased their offer from $30 per share to $33 per share while commercial relationship and an increased break-up fee were the new proposals from Dell (NASDAQ:DELL).

Dell’s (NASDAQ:DELL) senior vice president of Corporate Strategy Dave Johnson said that “We took a measured approach throughout the process and have decided to end these discussions.”

We could possibly see more movement when trading continues for Home Depot Inc. (NYSE:HD), Walgreen (NYSE:WAG) and Dell (NASDAQ:DELL).
