Electronic Arts Inc. (NASDAQ:ERTS) has partnered with the Leo Messi Foundation to refurbish a street football pitch in Barcelona.

The video game publisher Electronic Arts Inc. (NASDAQ:ERTS) has joined hands with the Leo Messi Foundation to renovate the popular street football pitch Bon Pastor in Barcelona.

The move comes in time for the launch of the new FIFA Street game.

Electronic Arts Inc. (NASDAQ:ERTS)’s senior director of marketing Jon Rosenblatt said, “Our partnership with the Leo Messi Foundation is fundamental to our relationship with the world’s undisputed greatest footballer, and this pitch refurbishment is a great first project in that partnership. We can’t wait to see the kids of Barcelona enjoying the new pitch and expressing their love of football in a safe and quality environment”.
