FedEx (NYSE:FDX) has decided to provide a donation for the Lagrant Foundation.

Memphis-based shipping giant FedEx (NYSE:FDX) is donating about $25,000 to the Lagrant Foundation to support its career-development efforts this year.

FedEx (NYSE:FDX) said in a statement, “Lagrant will use the funding to sponsor 25 career-development workshops throughout 2012. The organization’s workshops take place at agencies and corporations, benefitting ethnic minorities and undergraduate and graduate students.”

FedEx (NYSE:FDX) shares are currently standing at 91.49.
