Ford Motor Company (NYSE:F) Makes Cambridge University Deal

To better design vehicles for those with vision problems, the auto maker giant Ford Motor Company (NYSE:F) is using Cambridge University’s Vision and Hearing Impairment Simulator to help design its vehicles to meet the needs of people with age-related vision problems.

Angelika Engel, ergonomics attribute specialist at Ford Motor Company (NYSE:F) of Europe said, “Visual impairment is a natural part of ageing and affects many millions of people around the world. But because it is such a gradual process, it can often go unnoticed for many years. We tend to subconsciously look around the problem until it reaches a point where it is so severe that it can no longer be ignored. Even conditions like AMD and glaucoma can come on very slowly.”

Ford Motor Company (NYSE:F) stocks were at 10.02 at the end of the last day’s trading. There’s been a -3.5% movement in the stock price over the past 3 months.
