Sonic Solutions has announced the launch of RoxioNow on a range of Dell (NASDAQ:DELL) devices as part of the Dell (NASDAQ:DELL) Stage user interface. This new service will provide Dell (NASDAQ:DELL) customers with instant access to a wide array of premium Internet-streamable video, including new-release movies and hit TV shows.

Goldman Sachs Group (NYSE:GS)

Goldman Sachs Group (NYSE:GS) has decided to sell its stake in Accordia Golf Co.
Ending a decade long investment, Goldman Sachs Group (NYSE:GS) has announced its plan to sell its 44.7% stake in Japanese golf-course operator Accordia Golf Co. Currently, the shares are worth $447.5 million at Accordia’s current share price of 78,900 yen ($947.63) each.

Goldman Sachs Group (NYSE:GS) invested in Accordia in 2002 and took the company public by selling a 55.3% stake in an initial public offering in 2006 for 195,000 yen a share.

Pfizer Inc. (NYSE:PFE)

Pfizer (NYSE:PFE) has agreed to pay Seattle Genetics for the rights to use its drug.
The pharmaceutical giant will pay $8 million upfront and more than $200 million in potential milestone payments for any products that develop from the agreement with Pfizer (NYSE:PFE). In exchange for the cash, Pfizer (NYSE:PFE) is getting the right to develop souped-up antibodies against one molecular target for cancer.

Under the agreement, Pfizer (NYSE:PFE) will be responsible for development, manufacturing and commercialization of any products discovered under the collaboration.

There will probably be more movement when trading continues for Dell (NASDAQ:DELL), Goldman Sachs Group (NYSE:GS) and Pfizer Inc. (NYSE:PFE).
