Here is a more detailed look at the news that will affect each company when trading continues.
Dell (NASDAQ:DELL)

As the 3Par bid war is now over, a report says that Dell (NASDAQ:DELL) has plans for new acquisitions.
Dell spokesman David Frink said that “We do plan to continue to look to grow organically, but also take a look at strategic acquisitions”.
As the acquisition of the storage giant 3Par Inc was a much awaited one, that was expected to enhance their whole mission related to cloud computing, Dell (NASDAQ:DELL) is now in search of similar ventures that can help them outpace their competitors in the market.
Google Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOG)

Google Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOG) has updated its privacy policies. The new policy, expected to be in effect from the third of October, is basically a simplified form of the original privacy policy.
Nothing has been changed other than adding some text that will help even the low level user have a clear understanding of the search engine giant’s privacy policies.
“Long, complicated and lawyerly—that’s what most people think about privacy policies, and for good reason. Even taking into account that they’re legal documents, most privacy policies are still too hard to understand,” said Mike Yang, Associate General Counsel at Google Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOG).
Intel Corp. (NASDAQ:INTC)

As per recently released records, the chip maker has spent $840,000, slightly less than a year ago, on lobbying the government in the second quarter.
It is said that Intel (NASDAQ:INTC) has lobbied the Federal Communications Commission on broadband Internet rollouts, the Department of State and the Department of Commerce on export rules for encryption and other technologies, as well as the House of Representatives and many other agencies regarding government funding issues related to computer projects.
Expect more movement when trading continues for Dell (NASDAQ:DELL), Google Inc. (NASDAQ:GOOG) and Intel Corp. (NASDAQ:INTC).
