The first S-70i Black Hawk helicopter has successfully completed its first flight-testing program.
The helicopter is made by Sirkosy Aircraft, a subsidiary of United Technologies (NYSE:UTX).The helicopter has completed more than 50 flying hours in its test program.
Sirkosy Aircraft will now begin development and testing of options that will be made available to international customers.
Debra A. Zampano, S-70i Senior Program Manager said, “The next phase of the program will expand the capability of the aircraft, transitioning it from a baseline configuration to a multi-faceted platform.”
Dell (NASDAQ:DELL)

Dell (NASDAQ:DELL) has planned to expand their operations in China by 500 employees next year.
Dell (NASDAQ:DELL), has decided to establish its second operations base in the country’s Sichuan province.
Dell (NASDAQ:DELL), the second biggest supplier of computer products in China, has decided to hire 500 new employees later this year.
Michael Dell, Chairman and CEO said, “We’re planning for the future, and we’re excited about our strategic investments in China that will help us better serve the region’s increasing need for technology solutions and services.”
United Parcel Service (NYSE:UPS)

United Parcel Service (NYSE:UPS) has added new flights in China to meet the increasing export demand.
United Parcel Service (NYSE:UPS) is expecting 430 million packages to handle globally, between Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays.
United Parcel Service (NYSE:UPS) has estimated an increase of 7.5% volume in holiday season, compared to last year.
Scott Davis, CEO of United Parcel Service (NYSE:UPS) said, “It doesn’t sound great, but last year we were flat, and the year before that we were minus 4 percent.”
