Royal Dutch Shell plc (LON:RDSA) has scheduled a boost in Malaysian production.

Royal Dutch Shell plc (LON:RDSA) is planning to expand Malaysian production, with the company signing two production sharing contracts (PSCs) with PETRONAS, the Malaysian state run company.

According to the agreement, both companies will work together to boost the oil recovery techniques at projects offshore Sarawak and Sabah.

Royal Dutch Shell plc (LON:RDSA) and its partner will also develop nine oil fields in the Baram Delta offshore Sarawak and four in the North Sabah development area.

Royal Dutch Shell plc (LON:RDSA) stocks stood at 2187.5 at the end of the last trading session (last trade 11:45).
