Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) has announced that its maintenance division, Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) TechOps, has signed a multi-year exclusive agreement with Atlas Air, Inc.

According to the deal Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) TechOps will provide maintenance and support services for three of Atlas Air’s Boeing 767-300ER passenger aircraft.

Tony Charaf, president, Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) TechOps, said that, “The men and women of Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) TechOps have a reputation for delivering the highest quality work and the most comprehensive support in the industry, which led to this new agreement. We look forward to continuing to grow our partnership with Atlas Air”.

Partnering with Air France-KLM, the US based Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL) formally opened a passenger terminal dubbed ‘Terminal B’ at Roberts International Airport (RIA) on March 26, 2012.

The cost of the new terminal project was jointly funded by the two airlines with the support of the Liberia Civil Aviation Authority.

Perry Cantarutti, Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL)’s Senior Vice President for Europe, Middle East and Africa said, “The new passenger terminal at Roberts International Airport highlights Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL)’s ongoing commitment to Liberia with improved airport facilities for our customers.”

The Wi-Fi enhancements are part of Delta Air Lines (NYSE:DAL)’s plan to invest more than $2 billion in enhanced global products, services and airport facilities through 2013.
