(NASDAQ:ATVI) has added rival video game maker Electronic Arts Inc. to its $400 million countersuit against former executives at Infinity Ward, the studio that created the top-selling “Call of Duty” series. Activision Blizzard Inc. (NASDAQ:ATVI) alleges that EA courted the executives, Jason West and Vince Zampella, while they were still under contract with Activision Blizzard Inc. (NASDAQ:ATVI).
In its lawsuit, Activision Blizzard Inc. (NASDAQ:ATVI) alleges EA intentionally interfered with contracts, engaged in unfair competition and aided and abetted breaches of fiduciary duty by the executives.
Siemens (NYSE:SI)

Siemens (NYSE:SI) has moved to strengthen its U.S. Healthcare Finance Team.
Siemens (NYSE:SI)’s Financial Services division has declared an expansion of its healthcare financing team and product capabilities.
Kirk Edelman, the president and chief executive officer of Siemens (NYSE:SI)’s Financial Services said that, “Expanding our healthcare finance platform creates a new and much-needed source of capital for healthcare providers. With these additional offerings, they can have more options to pursue their strategic initiatives, and continue providing and improving the quality of healthcare in their communities.”
Time Warner (NYSE:TWX)

Time Warner (NYSE:TWX) Cable has selected Triangle for Wideband Internet.
Time Warner Cable (NYSE: TWC) has announced that it will roll out its Wideband Internet product in the spring.
The cable company promotes the service as its fastest Internet product yet, with speeds up to 50 Mbps downstream and 5 Mbps upstream.
Christine Whitaker, Time Warner (NYSE:TWX)’s area vice president of operations, for the Triangle, coastal and Fayetteville areas said that, “For our residential customers, Wideband Internet gives all home network devices – desktops, laptops, gaming consoles and smart phones – our fastest connection.”
