J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM) has acquired a Boulder bank branch for $3m.

According to reports, J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM) is planning to open a new Chase bank in Boulder.
As part of this move the bank bought the former Pueblo Bank & Trust, with J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM) acquiring the branch site at 2950 Pearl St. for $3 million.
Mary Jane Rogers, a local J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM) spokeswoman, said that, “Employees at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM)’s branch off 30th and Walnut streets will relocate to the new branch, which is slated to open by the end of June”.
JP Morgan Chase & Co. (NYSE:JPM) shares were at 38.00 at the end of the last day’s trading. There’s been a 18.8% movement in the stock price over the past 3 months.
