Seven insurers who filed suite against Toyota Motor Corporation (NYSE:TM) to regain over $230,000 that covered crashes related to the sudden acceleration.
According to the lawsuit filed by the insurers, 735 crashes happened only because of the sudden acceleration, and they also claimed that Toyota Motor Corporation (NYSE:TM) has failed to disclose known defects. They also state that the company has also compromised on safety measures.
Ford Motor Company (NYSE:F)
Ford Motor Company (NYSE:F) has introduced a new application to synchronize Focus electric cars with cell phones.
The new application introduced by Ford Motor Company (NYSE:F) will permit the new Focus Electric car owners to monitor their car even from distances, using their smart phones.
According to the report from the car maker, ‘MyFord Mobile’, the newly developed application, would help owners monitor the charge of their electric cars, and to control certain other features of the vehicle.
