Nokia Siemens Networks has said that its acquisition of Motorola Inc. (NYSE:MOT) wireless networks division has been delayed until early next year as it awaits approval from Chinese regulators.

Motorola Inc (NYSE:MOT) made the US$1.2-billion deal to sell the division to Nokia Siemens, but China’s anti-monopoly bureau has yet to give it a green light.
