Verizon Communications (NYSE:VZ) has reportedly expanded its 4G LTE network in the Metro Atlanta region.

New York City based telecommunications company and broadband internet service provider, Verizon Communications (NYSE:VZ) has reportedly completed its expansion of the fastest 4G network in the nation, 4G LTE Network, in Metro Atlanta region including McDonough and surrounding vicinity.

Jonathan LeCompte, Verizon Communications (NYSE:VZ)’ Georgia/Alabama region president, said, “Expanding our 4G LTE network in Atlanta will enable more residents, small businesses and local government to take advantage of the speed and connectivity offered by 4G LTE technology. We will continue pushing the boundaries with our 4G LTE network in 2012 to bring our customers the performance and reliability for which our network is known.”
