Walt Disney (NYSE:DIS) has scheduled the launch of new nextgen apps for iPhone, iPad, and Android.

Walt Disney Eyes Mobile Apps

Walt Disney (NYSE:DIS) announced that it is planning to launch a new NextGen application to be used by visitors to Walt Disney World Resort.

The app will be named ‘My Disney Experience’ and will be available for the iPhone, iPad, and Android systems.

The new Walt Disney (NYSE:DIS) app will replace the current Disney Parks mobile application Mobile Magic in early 2013.

The ‘Mobile Magic’ app includes maps and wait times and will continue to be included on My Disney Experience.
